2. Relationship Disclosure (Affiliate / Enquiry Partner)

For certain institutions/programmes, Karm acts as an Affiliate Enquiry Partner (AEP) / authorised enquiry facilitation partner. Where applicable, we may share your enquiry details with the relevant institution (e.g., the institution’s distance/online education centre) to enable admissions-related communication and programme counselling by the institution.

Important: Admissions decisions, programme delivery, examinations, and issuance of certificates/degrees are handled by the respective institution, not by Karm.

3. Personal Data We Collect

We collect only what is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and provide counselling. This may include:

• Contact details: Name, mobile number, email address, city/state.
• Enquiry details: Course/programme interest, intake preference, educational background (if you provide it), work experience (if you provide it).
• Communication data: Call recordings (where enabled with required notice), WhatsApp/SMS/email content exchanged with you.
